The Landings Club
The Landings Club on Skidaway Island near Savannah, Georgia, is a private luxury golf club dedicated to serving members with an active lifestyle and resort-class amenities in a vacation setting. J. Banks is working with the club on a full renovation of the Franklin Creek pool area, a partial renovation of the Oakridge Fitness Center, and a newly built Marshwood Clubhouse.
The new 23,500-square-foot Marshwood Clubhouse will be situated to showcase expansive golf and lagoon views. Members will gather at a Lowcountry steakhouse, featuring an open kitchen concept and on the multiple terraces for outdoor dining. The club’s exteriors and interiors will seamlessly blend with the Lowcountry landscape while paying homage to the rich history of Marshwood and its close association with the storied career of Arnold Palmer.
We are working with project architect Kuo Diedrich to create a seamless relationship between the architecture and the interiors, taking into consideration the setting as we do. Because The Landings Club takes great pride in being a community, we are creating that home-away-from-home atmosphere that is a hallmark in our portfolio.
