As of spring 2025, Origin Coffee Co. has joined our campus to enhance our leisurely atmosphere of escape and inspiration. At 35 Main, you can shop our curated selection of home goods and unique finds from markets and vendors all over the world. Curated by designers and inspired by trends we are seeing in the design world, we always have something fresh to share!

About 35 Main
For more than 30 years, Joni Vanderslice has guided her firm, J. Banks Design, to achieve international acclaim in both hospitality and residential design. In her debut monograph, Southern Coastal Living: Stylish Lowcountry Homes, Joni shares her journey and showcases homes on and around Hilton Head Island, South Carolina that uniquely reflect Southern Coastal Style. Designed with Joni’s philosophy of “luxury without pretense” in mind, these homes highlight breathtaking views while fostering a relaxed indoor/outdoor living experience for families and guests alike.
